The incident occurred the morning of Sept. 5.
A Napanee woman is facing charges after graffiti, including hate symbols, was found at a local church and playground.
On Sept. 5, just before 7 a.m., officers with the Lennox and Addington County OPP responded to several mischief complaints in the Bridge Street area. Police say the graffiti caused damage to both a church property and a nearby playground.
Following an investigation, the 31-year-old was charged with two counts of mischief under $5000.
The accused was released after a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on Oct. 14.
