It's a week-long celebration hosted by Loyalist Township.
Families across Bath, Amherstview, and Kingston are invited to explore local history and creativity during March of the Museums, a free week-long March Break celebration.
The event is hosted by Loyalist Township in partnership with the Kingston and Area Association of Museums, Art Galleries, and Historic Sites. It encourages residents of all ages to visit museums, historic sites, and cultural spaces through hands-on activities and interactive learning.
Highlights begin Tuesday, March 17, at the Fairfield Gutzeit House in Bath, where visitors can explore an 18th-century heritage home. On Wednesday, March 18, the Bath Museum hosts art workshops and clay activities. The week continues Thursday, March 19, at the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Legacy Space with Indigenous drumming and cultural activities.
March of the Museums runs throughout March Break. All activities are free, with no registration required unless noted.
