A Kingston couple who left traditional routines behind to travel the world are now embarking on a sponsored cross-country Canadian adventure
Content creators Keith and Dev have been selected as Canada’s Ultimate Road Trippers through Home Hardware Stores Limited’s national campaign.
In June 2025, Home Hardware launched a nationwide casting call searching for two storytellers to travel across Canada, highlighting hidden gems, hometown heroes and locally owned Home Hardware stores.
Earlier this month, the Kingston-based duo was selected from hundreds of applicants across the country.
They shared their initial reaction with KingstonDaily.ca.
The campaign aims to celebrate Canadian communities, local businesses and the independently owned stores that serve them.
Back in 2022, Keith and Dev packed up their lives to begin travelling long-term. They uploaded their first video in February 2021 and have continued growing their audience ever since.
Keith says they love capturing moments as they happen and are excited to do the same throughout the trip.
Dev says travelling the world has changed her perspective.
Not only are the pair world travellers and content creators, they are also part-time teachers here in Kingston.
The pair say they’re excited to highlight communities, hometown stories and locally owned Home Hardware stores across the country.
Their journey begins on May 29 in Victoria, British Columbia and wraps up July 2 in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
