Officers say Tracey was last seen in downtown Kingston and are asking anyone with information to call police.
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing person who was last seen in the downtown area.
Police say Tracey, 60, was last seen on Dec. 18, 2025, near the intersection of Wellington Street and Barrack Street. Officers say there is concern for Tracey’s well-being and are asking anyone who may have seen them to come forward.
Tracey is described as approximately five feet eight inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds. They have short brown hair and hazel eyes. Police say it is not known what Tracey was wearing at the time they were last seen.
Investigators are continuing efforts to locate Tracey and are urging residents to check security cameras or dash cameras that may have captured the area around the time of the disappearance.
Anyone with information about Tracey’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660, extension 0. Tips can also be provided anonymously by calling the same number and requesting to remain anonymous.
