Kingston Police say the driver has been located and is facing charges.

Kingston Police say they have arrested the driver involved in the alleged hit and run.
He is being charged with failing to remain, plates unauthorized and failing to provide required information.
Investigators are thanking the public for their assistance.

Kingston Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle in an alleged hit and run.
Officers were called to the intersection of Princess St and Sir John A MacDonald Blvd last Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators say the collision occurred around 5:30 pm.
They are looking for a silver 3rd generation (1996-2002) Toyota 4 Runner with British Columbia license plates.
The driver is described as a male, South Asian, 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a black North Face jacket and a green hooded sweater.
There are no details about the other driver in the crash or whether the vehicle in question has any noticeable damage.
