Four thefts happened in the area of Bath and Armstrong in August of 2024 and August of 2025.
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in a series of thefts near Bath Road and Armstrong Road.
Police say two of the thefts took place in August 2024, while two more happened in August 2025. Investigators believe the same pair are linked to the incidents.
The male suspect is described as middle-aged with a receding hairline, short dark beard and a mole or birthmark on his left cheek. Police say he was seen wearing a red Atlanta Falcons rain poncho during one of the thefts.
The female suspect is described as middle-aged with long brown-blonde hair.
