Police say the man has been identified and concluded that no criminal activity occurred.

Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man involved in suspicious activity near the Gord Downie Pier earlier this month.
The incident happened on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at around 1:10 p.m. Police say the man was seen in the area at the time and may have important information.
He is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old, about 5 feet 11 inches tall with a medium build. He was clean-shaven with curly brown hair and wearing prescription glasses.
