The FLA Health Team’s Holiday Health Resource List shows where to go when regular services are closed.
The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team has released its annual Holiday Health Resource List to help residents find medical care over the winter break.
The guide covers the period from Dec. 22, 2025, to Jan. 5, 2026, when many family doctors, clinics, community services and pharmacies operate with reduced hours.
The list brings together information from health partners across the region and outlines where residents can turn for care during the holidays. It includes details on walk-in clinics, urgent care centres, mental health supports and crisis lines that remain available.
Dr. Kim Morrison, executive lead of the FLA Ontario Health Team, says the goal is to make sure no one feels without support when regular providers are closed.
Residents who have a family doctor or nurse practitioner are encouraged to check holiday hours in advance. The guide also highlights options for people without a primary care provider or those needing urgent help.
The health team is also reminding residents to refill prescriptions ahead of the holidays.
The full holiday health resource list is available on the FLA Ontario Health Team website.
