We are profiling Otter Creek Farms.

DJ Cook grew up in a farming family in Lindsay, Ont.

He began Otter Creek Farms in Harrowsmith in 2012 and started raising beef cattle.

The farm specializes in raising Wagu, a marbleized beef originating from Japan.
