Senior Climatologist David Phillips says the lack of 30+ days is surprising to him.
However, Phillips says that won't be the case for long, as things begin to heat up.
Phillips says their outlook also points to it being warm from one end of the season to the other.
As for rain, he says it doesn't look like we'll get any more or less than usual, and doesn't see a drought over the next few months.
Phillips also notes that the precipitation we have received is good for farmers, now they just need to the sun and heat to help some crops flourish.
