They are looking a suspect that was carrying black and grey backpack.
Kingston Police are looking for a suspect in a series of thefts from vehicles.
Investigators with the Criminal Investigations Division say a number of parked vehicles were being targetted in smash-and-grab type thefts. The incidents occurred overnight at various downtown parking lots on Feb 14 and 15.
The suspect is described as Caucasian with long brown hair, wearing a black three-quarter length jacket, light-colored boot-cut style jeans and beige boots. They say at the time of the incident the suspect was carrying a black and grey backpack.

There have been no details as to what was stolen from the vehicles.
