OPP are investigating a single-vehicle crash on the 401 in Odessa involving a passenger bus.
Emergency crews received a call around 8 pm on Sunday about a crash in the eastbound lanes near County Rd 4.
Investigators say eight people on the bus suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. All were taken to hospital for futher assessment and treatment.
OPP closed the highway between County Rd 4 and County Rd 6. It wasn't reopened until just after 11 pm.
Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash but they did say road conditions were slippery at the time.
