It is open to students in Grades 7 and 8.
The Kingston Police have announced that the annual “Shop with a Cop” event will take place on Wednesday, December 3, at the Cataraqui Centre.
Students in Grade 7 or 8 who attend school in the City of Kingston are invited to apply for a chance to shop alongside local police officers. Only one application per student will be accepted.
Applications are available through local schools and must be submitted by November 20, 2025, no later than 4 p.m. Late entries will not be considered.
Students chosen to take part will be notified before November 28, 2025.
Kingston Police say the event helps build trust and positive relationships between youth and officers, while giving kids a memorable holiday experience. The event has become a local favourite, offering students the chance to ask questions, learn about policing and enjoy a festive shopping trip with an officer.
