May no longer be in the city, has ties to Smiths Falls and Carleton Place
Kingston Police are asking for the public’s help to find 32-year-old Cassandra Meilleur, who was last heard from on January 9, 2025.
Meilleur was last believed to be staying in the Montreal Street area of Kingston, but police say she may no longer be in the city. She has known connections to Smiths Falls and Carleton Place.
Meilleur is described as 5’8” and 125 lbs, with a slim build. Her hair was last known to be blonde, but it is not uncommon for her to dye her hair.
Kingston Police are urging anyone with information to call them at 613-549-4660 ext. 0. Anonymous tips can also be provided by calling the same number and requesting anonymity.
