Deceased person found during noxious substance call at student residence in Kingston

There was no threat to public safety and the scene was cleared within hours.

Kingston Police are investigating a death of a person at a student residence.

Emergency crews went to a 500 block of Princess St around 10 am Tuesday about a hazardous materials call.

They detected a noxious substance inside.

There was no threat to public safety and the scene was cleared by the afternoon.

Investigators say there was one person that was found dead at the scene but are not releasing any further details about the deceased individual.
