It happened Monday inside the Chown Memorial Parking Lot on Brock St.
Kingston Police say two suspects caught on camera smashing a stairwell window with a skateboard have now been identified.
The incident happened Monday at the Chown Memorial Parking lot on Brock Street. Security footage shows two individuals skateboarding through the garage.
Investigators say one used a skateboard to break a window, while the other recorded the act on a cell phone. The video may have later been posted on social media.
They initially released descriptions of the suspects and asked the public for help. One person was seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and plaid pants. The other wore red pants, a grey hoodie, black, white and red Nike shoes, and had a thick dark beard.
Investigators announced late Thursday night that they have identified the suspects and thanked the public for their assistance.
