An arrest warrant is pending for the suspect.
A stolen boat motor has been recovered in Arden after the rightful owner spotted it listed for sale online.
The motor, worth several hundred dollars, was stolen in July from a cottage on Shabomeka Lake in North Frontenac Township.
On Sunday, the owner saw the motor advertised on an online marketplace and contacted the Frontenac OPP.
Just two days later, officers from the Frontenac Detachment and the OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Arden.
Due to safety concerns, the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit and the Canine Unit were also called in.
The motor was recovered, but the suspect was not located.
An arrest warrant is being requested.
