St. Lawrence College is inviting the public to give their input on the potential merger with Fleming College.
Students, employees, alumni, community members, and?industry partners are being encouraged to participate in virtual engagement opportunities.
A structured engagement program has been developed to provide people with opportunities to share input throughout the integration process. They can provide comments and suggestions through email (at integration@sl.on.ca) or through a series of short, rotating survey questions on their website. (https://stlawrencecollege.ca/integration)
Survey links will be shared through social media and on digital display boards across campuses. All responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared publicly.
The two Ontario community colleges agreed to integrate as equal partners back in April.
Their goal is to create a stronger, more sustainable institution that can expand access to education, respond to regional workforce needs, and continue to best serve students, employers, and communities across Eastern Ontario.
