The planned integration will bring seven Fleming programs to SLC and four SLC programs to Fleming College.
St. Lawrence College and Fleming College are expanding their program offerings as part of their planned integration, creating new opportunities for students across Eastern Ontario.
The colleges announced Oct. 15 that 11 programs will be offered at the partner institution for the 2027-28 academic year.
Seven Fleming programs will be available at SLC, including massage therapy, pharmacy technician, carpentry and renovation technician, and developmental services worker.
Meanwhile, four SLC programs will be offered at Fleming, including cybersecurity, medical laboratory science, medical laboratory assistant/technician, and communicative disorders assistant.
Details about campus locations, admission requirements, deadlines and program delivery are still being finalized.
SLC president and CEO Glenn Vollebregt says the expanded options will help students access training connected to rewarding careers in their communities.
The colleges are also inviting students, employees, alumni, community members and industry partners to provide confidential feedback on the integration.
Comments can be emailed to integration@sl.on.ca or submitted through the colleges' integration webpage.
