OSPCA is holding this province-wide event this weekend.
A special IAdopt event from the Ontario SPCA in partnership with HomeEquity Bank, is taking place this weekend with a focus on senior pets and senior animals.
Katelyn Stojadinov with the OSPCA, explains this three day adoption event.
She says the focus is to try and get more seniors in our listening area to help find older pets a forever home.
She says if you can't adopt, there are other ways to get involved.
She says the older animals tend to be over-looked when adopting and this weekend is one of the way to help find forever homes for those pets.
