The Kingston Frontenac Lennox & Addington Youth Wellness Hub (KFLA YWHO) is leading a Rural Needs Assessment, and inviting input from youth aged 12 to 25, as well as parents and caregivers.
Two separate online surveys are available. They are short and aim to gather feedback on improving access to services like mental health counselling, nurse practitioner care, peer support, and addiction services in rural areas.
The assessment is being done with help from the Maltby Centre, Home Base Housing, Resolve Counselling Services, and Kingston Community Health Centres.
Every person who completes a survey will be entered into a draw to win a PC gift card.
