Collision on the 401 leaves one dead, two injured
OPP crash investigation experts are piecing together the events leading up to a fatal collision on Highway 401.
The chain reaction crash between Joyceville Road and Highway 15 started when a transport truck hit a vehicle that was slowing down or stopped in a construction zone on Wednesday night.
Three other vehicles became involved in the accident.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene while two people were injured.
