One person is in hospital after a serious collision in Perth Road Village.
Frontenac OPP were called to an area of Wilmer Road early Sunday morning about a single-vehicle crash.
Frontenac Paramedics and South Frontenac Fire also arrived to find a lone occupant inside.
Investigators say the 28-year-old from Perth Road suffered life-altering and potentially life-threatening injuries.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators and Reconstructionist are assisting in the investigation.
Wilmer Road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
