Mike Keiley replaces Kevin Donaldson who is now Fire Chief.
Kingston Fire and Rescue have named a new Deputy Fire Chief.
Mike Keiley was appointed to replace Kevin Donaldson after he took over as Fire Chief earlier this year.
Keiley has spent the last 31 years with Kingston Fire and Rescue. Most recently, he served as Platoon Chief since 2014.
Donaldson said in a news release from the City that Keiley will excel in his new role and continue to serve the city well.
Keiley holds a bachelor's degree in science, a diploma in public policy analysis, and a certificate in fire service leadership, in addition to numerous fire service certifications and diplomas.
He will start in his new role of Deputy Fire Chief on July 20.
