The team is one of four in the CHL that have not received their jerseys, season starts next Friday.
The Kingston Frontenacs may be sporting different jerseys when they open the OHL regular season.
The team has not yet received their new jerseys for the 2025-2026 season.
Manager of Game Operations and Communications Jordan Jackson, in an email to KingstonDaily.ca, says in the event the new jerseys don’t arrive on time, the team will have old stock from previous seasons ready for opening night.
Emails made to the OHL, and the CHL about the situation were not returned before our deadline.
The Whig-Standard is reporting that the delays are coming from the manufacturer's end.
The Frontenacs are one of four teams across Canada that are affected.
The jerseys for all OHL, QMJHL, and WHL teams are being made by Under Armour which began a five-year partnership with the leagues this past summer.
The Frontenacs start their OHL season next Friday night against the Ottawa 67s at Slush Puppie Place.
If you can't be there, catch all the action on Upper Canada Fuel and Burner Frontenacs Hockey on New Country 98.9.
