A 63-year-old man from Cloyne is facing impaired driving charges.
A North Frontenac Township man is facing impaired driving charges following a single-vehicle collision.
Around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, officers with the Frontenac OPP and North Frontenac Firefighters responded to Marble Lake Road after a car left the roadway and struck a rock cut. The vehicle fled the scene but was located nearby.
Police arrested a 63-year-old man from Cloyne, who was taken to the detachment for testing. He has been charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80.
Trudell was released and is scheduled to appear in Kingston court on October 28. His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.
