A man was involved in an incident in the west end of the city.
Kingston Police are investigating a suspicious incident in the city's west end.
They were called to an area of Bayridge Drive and Cedarwood Drive around 6 pm Wednesday.
Investigators say an adult male was involved in the incident.
They say he is considered a person of interest and would like to speak with him.
The man is described as white, with a thick brown beard, dressed entirely in black including a black toque and carrying a black backpack.
