Investigators believe the altercation was the result of a road rage incident.
Kingston Police are looking for two people who appeared to get into a fight with each other in a parking lot.
Officers went to an area of John Counter Blvd and Montreal St around 10:15 am Thursday.
Investigators obtained surveillance footage showing one person on the ground and the other on top of the person.
They believe this may have been a road rage incident.
They would like to speak with the two individuals as well as anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
