A white SUV fled the scene and was later located.
Kingston Police Service are investigating a hit and run in the east end of the city.
Officers were called to the intersection of Hwy 15 and Gore Rd Thursday morning around 6:15.
Investigators say a collision occurred there involving a white SUV.
They say the vehicle then fled the scene heading east on Gore Rd. It was later located along with the driver.
There has been no information on whether any other vehicles were involved or if there were any injuries.
