Project Series resulted in a total of 136 charges laid and more is expected.
A total of 33 people are facing charges in a child sexual exploitation investigation in Ontario.
One of them is a 38-year-old from Kingston, another a 61-year-old from Napanee.
OPP along with 25 municipal police forces including Kingston Police Service conducted the investigation dubbed Project Series between Feb 9 and 13.
Investigators say they used techniques to access online chatrooms and social media applications to identify, locate and arrest persons looking to sexually exploit children.
They say all of the accused are men ranging in age between 16 and 67.
A total of 136 charges have been laid and 36 investigations remain ongoing.
Investigators say this underscores the seriousness of the risk posed to children in our communities.
