One person was charged in the theft of vehicle, another for violating curfew.
Kingston Police were able to recover a stolen vehicle.
An officer noticed a vehicle that was travelling west on Bath Rd. around 2:15 am on Monday.
A traffic stop ensued and a further investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen hours the day before (Sunday).
Four occupants inside the vehicle were arrested and taken to police headquarters.
The 41-year-old driver from Kingston was charged in the theft of the vehicle and later released with a future court date.
One of the occupants, a 38-year-old from Kingston, was also charged after investigators learned that they were in violation of a curfew and was held for a bail hearing.
The two other passengers in the vehicle were later released without any charges laid.
