Queen's are riding an eight-game winning streak on the road.
A pair of streaks are on the line this Saturday when the 4 and 0 Queen's Gaels go up against another unbeaten team in the Western Mustangs in London.
Western is also 4 and 0 after handing McMaster their first loss of the season last Saturday.
Gaels Head Coach Steve Snyder says this is perhaps the biggest game of the season for his squad.
The Gaels are coming off a 41-20 win over the Ottawa Gee-Gees at Richardson Stadium last Saturday in a game where they scored 27 unanswered points in the second half.
Snyder says concentrating on the present is what the team needs to do to stay successful this season.
In addition to their undefeated start to the season, the Gaels have won eight straight games against conference opponents on the road dating back to 2025. That includes the Yates Cup Championship game at Laurier last November.
Receiver Cedric Smith says they have been playing with confidence when they are in enemy territory.
The Gaels and the Mustangs played each other last season, a 45-42 four-overtime loss in the season-opening game at Richardson Stadium. That one saw Western overcome a 16-point deficit late in the fourth quarter to pull out the victory.
Kicker Tyler Mullan believes they have put that loss behind them.
Game time at Western Alumni Stadium is at 1 pm.
