Investigators say the driver of the stolen bike was also under suspension.
Kingston Police were able to recover a stolen motorcycle.
Officers on patrol on late Sunday night discovered a Honda CBR driving around the Railway St./Patrick St. area with no plates on it.
They conducted a traffic stop and found out that the driver of the motorcycle was under suspension.
A further investigation revealed that the motorcycle's key ignition had been punched and a portion of the VIN had been scratched off rendering it unreadable.
A 36-year-old from Kingston was arrested and charged and held for a bail hearing.
