Cataraqui Conservation has announced a new slate of nature-based programs designed for adults and seniors, set to begin this fall.
Starting in September 2025 and continuing through spring 2026, monthly sessions will be offered, each led by Cataraqui Conservation staff and community partners.
The series will explore a wide range of topics and activities, including animal tracking, birding, medicine walks, guided hikes, snowshoeing, and even virtual programming. A reconciliation walk is also planned as part of the lineup.
Organizers say the programs are intended to encourage learning, wellness, and connection with the natural world, while providing opportunities to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. Participation is free, but registration is required.
Interested participants can sign up online or by calling 613-546-4228 ext. 222.
