The plan focuses on four key areas: Faith, Equity and Well-Being, Formation and Achievement, and Stewardship of Resources.
The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board (ALCDSB) has officially launched its 2025-2030 Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP), outlining goals and priorities for the next five years.
The plan focuses on four key areas: Faith, Equity and Well-Being, Formation and Achievement, and Stewardship of Resources. It reflects input from a wide range of voices in the Catholic school community, including students, school staff, board office staff, families, parish priests, and community partners.
In spring 2025, the MYSP Steering Committee hosted four consultation days to gather feedback and ensure diverse perspectives shaped the plan. Director of Education David DeSantis said the collaborative process highlighted the dedication and passion of students, staff, and community partners in guiding the board’s goals.
The Board of Trustees received the new goals on September 23, 2025, and the strategic plan was officially launched. Full details, including the complete 2025-2030 MYSP, are available on the ALCDSB website.
