Today: Forever Hip in the Square celebrates The Tragically Hip’s lasting Kingston legacy today from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Springer Market Square. The free community event features archival video screenings, music walking tours and a local merch market, bringing fans together to honour one of Canada’s most beloved bands.
Today: Forever Hip in the Square Screening invites fans to gather under the stars tonight from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Springer Market Square for a free showing of Long Time Running. The moving documentary celebrates The Tragically Hip, Gord Downie and a defining chapter in Canadian music history.
Tomorrow: Greek Fest 2026 brings a day of authentic Greek food, live music, traditional dancing and family-friendly fun to downtown tomorrow. Held at the Greek Banquet Hall, the community celebration supports Partners in Mission Food Bank through donations and non-perishable food items.
Tomorrow: Saturday Sessions brings local musicians to Confederation Park tomorrow for a free lunchtime concert series. Featuring a variety of musical genres, the relaxed downtown performance invites visitors to enjoy live entertainment, summer vibes and local talent on Kingston’s waterfront.
