Today: Kingston residents looking to unwind can join the Midday Sit Spot Club at Lake Ontario Park today. Led by a certified nature therapy guide, the weekly outdoor gathering offers a relaxing, mindful opportunity to slow down, connect with nature and recharge.
Tomorrow: Movie fans can enjoy a memorable summer evening at Movies in the Square tomorrow in downtown Kingston. The outdoor film series transforms Springer Market Square into a giant open-air theatre, where audiences can gather under the stars!
Tomorrow: Families can step into Kingston’s history at Kids Take Over the Museum tomorrow at Murney Tower Museum. Children ages five to 12 can enjoy guided tours, scavenger hunts, crafts and hands-on workshops in a fun, interactive day of discovery and learning.
