STUFF TO DO
Today: Families are invited to Stories in the Park at Dunham Park tomorrow from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Hosted by Kingston Frontenac Public Library, the free program features stories, songs and interactive fun designed to help children maintain reading and literacy skills throughout the summer.
Today: Kingston City Council will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in Council Chamber to discuss municipal business and decisions affecting residents. The public can attend and follow local governance in action. Hosted by the City of Kingston, the meeting runs until 11 p.m.
Tomorrow: Residents are invited to take a break and reconnect with nature at the Midday Sit Spot Club tomorrow from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. at Lake Ontario Park. This guided outdoor mindfulness session encourages participants to slow down, reduce stress and enjoy a relaxing midday reset in a welcoming setting.
Local Sports:
Adults are invited to enjoy a fun and social game of pickleball today at Artillery Park Aquatic Centre with multiple open times available. Open to a variety of skill levels, this recreational program offers a welcoming way to stay active, meet new people and enjoy friendly competition. Participants must bring their own paddle.
