STUFF TO DO
Today: Midday Sit Spot Club meets today from 12:15–12:45 p.m. at Lake Ontario Park for a guided outdoor pause focused on mindfulness, nature connection and stress relief. The free weekly session invites participants to slow down, reset and reconnect with nature.
Today: North American Solstice & Sky Annual Meet (NASSAM 2026) car show runs tonight, 6–9 p.m. at Cataraqui Centre, featuring 140 Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky roadsters Free public event supporting Dawn House and local tourism boost area.
Tomorrow: Cruise for a Cause takes place tomorrow at Crawford Wharf from 6:30–10 p.m., featuring art, music and community fundraising aboard Island Queen in support of EMBER Program for survivors of human trafficking and recovery initiatives.
Local Sports:
Adults are invited to enjoy recreational tennis today from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Kingston Racquet Centre. The welcoming, social session is open to a variety of skill levels. Participants must bring their own racquet and tennis balls.
Families are invited to make a splash during Family Swim today from 4 to 4:55 p.m. at the Artillery Park Aquatic Centre. The fun recreational swim offers a great opportunity for families to enjoy quality time together in the pool.
Canada Celebrates the FIFA World Cup™ comes to Springer Market Square in downtown Kingston on Saturday, June 27, from 1–9 p.m. This one-day interactive fan zone is part of a nationwide tour visiting only 24 communities, featuring entertainment, food, games, and watch parties in the city’s core.
