STUFF TO DO
Today: Families with children aged two to five are invited to Stories in the Garden at the Calvin Park Branch today from 10:30 to 11 a.m. The four-week outdoor program combines stories, songs and hands-on gardening activities, exploring soil, seeds, watering and harvest. Registration is required.
Tomorrow: Residents and visitors can explore the Kingston Public Market in Market Square tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Shoppers will find fresh local food, unique products and a lively community atmosphere at Ontario’s oldest public market, serving Kingston since 1801 in the heart of the city’s historic downtown.
Tomorrow: Runners of all ages and abilities are invited to a free weekly run group at Queen’s West Campus tomorrow. Led by coach and store owner Al Cantlay, the session begins with a warm-up at 5:30 p.m., followed by a 45-minute workout. Participants can expect a fun challenge while connecting with fellow runners in a supportive community atmosphere. Registration is required.

Soccer fans can cheer on the Kingston Sentinels men’s team when they host The Borough FC B Men June 10th at 7:30 p.m. at CaraCo Home Field. The Kingston Sentinels women’s team play on June 13 at 7:30 p.m. as they take on North Toronto B Women at CaraCo Home Field. The Ontario Premier League contest offers an exciting evening of competitive soccer and a chance to cheer on local athletes in front of a hometown crowd.
The OHL Priority Selection rolls into Kingston June 12 and 13.
