STUFF TO DO

Today: Older adults are invited to enjoy games, music, exercise and creative maker activities during Feel Good Fridays at the Rideau Heights Community Centre today from 9 a.m. to noon. Hosted by Kingston Community Health Centres and KFPL, the free weekly event also features workshops and social fun.

Today: Crafters and scrapbook fans can create handmade cards and colourful scrapbook layouts during the Quick & Cute Classes at the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning today. The fun evening workshop includes supplies, creative add-ons and plenty of inspiration. Pre-registration is required, with space limited.

Tomorrow: Gardeners and nature lovers can shop native trees, shrubs and wildflowers during the annual Friends of Lemoine Point spring plant sale tomorrow from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lemoine Point Native Plant Nursery. Proceeds support the conservation area and nursery operations.

The Kingston Sentinels next game is tomorrow for the women’s team

The men's next game is the 20th.
