Today: The Spring Birding Festival 2026 runs today till the 10th at Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory, featuring guided bird walks, banding demos, family activities and free talks celebrating spring migration; registration is required for select events.

Today: Th.e Beat Council runs today at The Spire, inviting local beatmakers to connect, collaborate and create in a free, drop-in session; participants are encouraged to bring music gear and headphones.

Tomorrow: Sleep tips, snacks and wellness take centre stage at Bennett’s Furniture and Mattresses tomorrow at 10 a.m. Sleep disorder psychologist Dr. Judith Davidson will host a free one-hour workshop packed with practical insomnia advice. Reservations are required

Local Sports: 

The Kingston Sentinels next game is May 10 for the women’s team, the men's team, they play again on the 16th.

The men's next game is the 20th.
