STUFF TO DO
Today: An open mic dance takes place at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 560 today starting at 5 p.m., offering an evening of music, dancing and community fun!
Today: “Take Me Home: Celebrating John Denver and Glen Campbell” comes to the Kingston Grand Theatre today, offering a tribute to two iconic voices in country music. The evening performance in the Rosen Auditorium features classic hits and storytelling. Tickets are $66.37 plus fees.
Tomorrow: Teens can drop in for games and snacks at the Rideau Heights Branch tomorrow, from 3 to 5 p.m. The free event for ages 13 to 17 features board games, video games and food, with no registration required.
Local Sports:
The Kingston Sentinels opened their season Saturday, with upcoming games set for May 2 for the men’s team and May 10 for the women’s team.
Meanwhile, the Kingston Baseball Association continues regular practices.
