Today: Glamour for Grad is collecting dress donations at Cataraqui Centre until April 19. In partnership with Dress for Success Kingston, the initiative provides free prom and graduation outfits to local students. Donate gently used dresses and accessories at the Guest Service Centre and help make graduation season unforgettable.
Tomorrow: Treasure Island: A New Adventure hits the stage at Frontenac Secondary School tomorrow at 7 p.m. Expect sword fights, sea shanties and plenty of pirate fun in this high-energy student production. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door — don’t miss the adventure!
Tomorrow: From Wired to Wireless lands at the Great Lakes Museum tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. Join Rick Reeve for a fascinating deep dive into Guglielmo Marconi’s first spark transmissions and the birth of maritime radio in Canada. Tickets are $15 and include light refreshments. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
