Today: The Kingston Canadian Film Festival continues its celebration of homegrown storytelling with screenings; filmmaker talks and special events spotlighting Canadian features and shorts. The festival fosters dialogue between creators and audiences while supporting emerging artists and showcasing locally produced films.
Tomorrow: Bundle up, Kingston! Coldest Night of the Year 2026 hits tomorrow from 4 to 7 p.m. at Kingston Gospel Temple. The free 2K and 5K family walk supports Lionhearts Inc., with warm drinks, tasty bites and live music keeping spirits high.
Tomorrow: Residents are invited to donate new adult socks on Feb. 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Cataraqui Centre. The community collection supports Socks Kingston; with adult sizes most urgently needed for people experiencing hardship.
