STUFF TO DO

Today: Speed Networking Kingston takes place every third Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Aspira Royale Place. The $10 monthly event features structured one-on-one networking rounds, coffee and light refreshments. Open to professionals and entrepreneurs.

Today: Trivia night brings big laughs and brainpower to Daft Brewing tonight, from 7 to 9 p.m. Teams can sip craft beer and battle for a $100 gift card prize. Arrive early for the fun.

Tomorrow: The Great Lakes Museum hosts The Story of the Coteaudoc: From the Great Lakes to D-Day tomorrow night from 7 to 9 p.m. Presenter Ron Beaupre shares the steamer’s remarkable history. Tickets are $15

Tomorrow: Buddhist Meditation: A Path to Positive Change tomorrow from 7 to 8:15 p.m. at The Spire. Led by Buddhist nun Gen Chöyang, the drop-in classes explore meditation to reduce stress and build lasting happiness. Admission is $14, $10 for students.
