STUFF TO DO

Today: Ryandale Transitional Housing residents are collecting new, unwrapped toys for Loving Hands Kingston from November 1 to December 10, 2025. Donations can be dropped off at three locations between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Today: Buddhist meditation classes titled Do You Believe in Love? run at The Spire today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The sessions offer simple teachings on love and compassion.

Tomorrow: The Kingston Public Market returns to Market Square tomorrow from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Located behind City Hall, the historic market has served residents since 1801, offering fresh food, local goods and a strong sense of community.

Tomorrow: The Fresh Food Market Pop-Up runs tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Seniors Association Kingston Region. The weekly market offers fresh, affordable local produce and gourmet healthy options for all shoppers, supported by Kingston Community Health Centres and Lionhearts Inc.

Local Sports: 

The Frontenacs have an early game and play the Ottawa 67's Wednesday at Slush Puppie Place at 10:30am!

In OUA action, the Queen's men's hockey team take the Carleton Ravens Friday. 

The Queen's women play Saturday against the Windsor Lancers.

For Queen's basketball, the men and women take on the Waterloo Warriers on Friday.

In PJHL action, Napanee takes on Picton Thursday!

And the Amherstview Jets play Lakefield Sunday.
