STUFF TO DO

Today: The Full Moon Forest Therapy Walk takes place today from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 1641 Perth Rd., Kingston. Led by guide Stana Luxford Oddie, the $22 guided walk offers a sensory nature experience focused on relaxation, reflection and connection. Registration is required.

Today: Board Games Night at One Eyed Jack happens tonight from 7 to 10 p.m. at 417 Weller Ave. in Kingston’s north end. Guests can enjoy free board games with dinner and drinks, hosted by The Board Bartender.

Tomorrow: Out in Front Running Group meets tomorrow from 6:10 to 7:40 p.m. at Runners’ Choice, 56 Brock St. in Kingston. This inclusive weekly 5-6 km run welcomes 2SLGBTQIA+ participants and allies of all abilities, with an optional post-run social.

Local Sports: 

In OUA action, the men's and women's Queen's basketball teams face the Ottawa Gee-Gee's this Friday!

For OUA hockey, the Queen's men's team plays the Nipissing Lakers, and the women take on the Laurier Golden Hawks tomorrow.

In PJHL action, the Napanee Raiders battle Trent Hills on their home ice this Friday!

And the Amherstview jet's take on Port Hope today.

The next Frontenacs game is tomorrow night against Windsor.
