If you're in the Kingston area this long weekend, the Canadian Blood Services office on Gardiners Road will be open Saturday, with over 75 open appointments to fill.
Community Development Manager Debbi Barfoot says 1 in 2 Canadians are eligable to donate, but only 1 in 76 actually do.
