What's Good with the Kingston Frontenacs: New Year's Eve with the Storm

Frontenacs ring in New Year with reunion game and bucket-sized popcorn deal.

The Kingston Frontenacs will close out 2025 with a busy and fan-friendly New Year’s Eve matchup against the Guelph Storm.

The afternoon game doubles as a reunion of sorts, with former Kingston leading scorer Tyler Hopkins now skating for Guelph.
He was traded for Perth native Alex McLean who scored in his Frontenacs debut Sunday vs. Ottawa.

Robb says the move signals a look to the future.

The New Year’s Eve game tips off at 2:05 p.m. and features a popular popcorn promotion.

Robb says it’s a perfect way to start the celebration.

Ticket details are available at KingstonFrontenacs.com.

Kingston enters the game sixth in the Eastern Conference after a recent five-game win streak.

Listen to Upper Canada Fuel & Burner Kingston Frontenacs Hockey live on New Country 98.9. Jim Gilchrist, as always on the call.
